Shredded Beef on Ciabatta with Blue Cheese Horseradish Sauce

Though the sandwich has a long name, it’s simple to assemble! Using the Beer Braised Shredded Beef recipe, grab the following ingredients and get ready to knock your own socks off with this delicious lunch or dinner idea.

Ingredients (serves 4-6)

For Sandwiches:

Beer Braised Shredded Beef

4-6 ciabatta rolls                                                                                                                                1 head romaine lettuce                                                                                                                 blue cheese horseradish sauce (recipe below)

For Sauce:

1 c. sour cream                                                                                                                                 1/2 c. blue cheese crumbles                                                                                                           1/2 lime, juiced                                                                                                                                   2 Tbs. prepared horseradish                                                                                                             1 Tbs. chopped chives                                                                                                                        2 Tbs. honey (liquified in microwave, about 15 seconds)                                                            1 tsp. worcestershire sauce

1. First, prepare the sauce. Mix all ingredients well, as listed, and set aside.

2. Slice the ciabatta rolls in half. Spread sauce on both halves.

3. Layer a piece of romaine lettuce on top half of bread. Spread a healthy portion of shredded beef on bottom half of bread. Put the top half of bread w/lettuce over the meat, and viola! Sandwich time…
